Stock Photo - Dromaeosaurs and Rhabdodons. Artwork of two Dromaeosaur dinosaurs chasing a herd of Rhabdodons. Dromaeosaur dinosaurs were carnivores, being about 2-6 metres in length with a body weight of 45-160 kg. These carnivores had powerful claws and modified forelimbs which allowed a ´seizing´ function. This made the Dromaeosaur dinosaurs highly effective predators. Rhabdodons were herbivores, that like Dromaeosaurs lived in the late Cretaceous period about 80-65 million years ago. They measured about 4 metres in length and had a body weight of about 4 tonnes.
