Under this contract, the rights granted are non-exclusive, meaning that the content submitted under this agreement could be available for licensing and distribution by any other party (other agency), including you.
For all image submitted under this contract, you will get:
You will earn 50% of all net revenues collected by easyfotostock from the licensing of your content.
This contract covers the licensing of content under the following licensing model:
Low Budget Royalty Free (easyFotostock): refers to the licensing of content for use on a substantially unlimited basis, for an indefinite time, and a fee not based on usage but the file size. All content submitted under this licensing model must have all required releases (model and property releases), and we will need to receive a copy of all of them.
